This notice explains how Maryland Shrink Wrap uses information submitted through the quote-request form.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address or phone number, preferred reply method, boat length and type, town, ZIP, or marina, timing, project notes, and your consent to be contacted about the request. We also use a verification token to help protect the form from misuse.
How we use it
We use these details to review and respond to your quote request, plan any follow-up needed for that request, and protect the quote form from spam and abuse. Your consent to be contacted about the request applies only to the request you submit. It does not enroll you in marketing email or text messages.
Service providers
Service providers may process information needed to host the site, protect the form, store quote requests, and deliver quote-related email. Depending on the active deployment, those providers may include Cloudflare and Resend. These providers process information while performing those services for Maryland Shrink Wrap.
Correction or deletion requests
To ask for a correction or deletion of a quote request, reply to a communication about that request and state what you need changed or removed. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
